Having just gotten back to town, Zac Efron took Vanessa Hudgens out on a lunch date in Hollywood, California on Thursday afternoon (July 29).

Looking happier than ever to be together, the "High School Musical" lovers cutely held hands as they chowed down with Vanessa's "Rent" co-stars Aaron Tviet and Skylar Astin.

Currently quite busy with their blooming careers, Zac was fresh off of intense promotions for his just-released movie "Charlie St. Cloud".

Meanwhile, Vanessa has been practicing up for her role as Mimi in Neil Patrick Harris' Hollywood Bowl "Rent" production taking place August 6-8.

Vanessa Hudgens: Studio Sexy

Getting in another day of work, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted arriving at a studio in Los Angeles today (July 30).

The Disney darling looked a bit overwhelmed as she carried multiple heavy bags and a cooler of food while walking inside.

As for her boyfriend Zac Efron’s recent trip to a strip club with pal Corbin Bleu, it seems Miss Hudgens didn’t have an issue with it.

Zac told Jimmy Kimmel he called Vanessa beforehand. "That's the awkward part. It's like how do you even start that conversation without feeling like a total [expletive]? [But] she was fine with it, yeah."

Enjoying a relaxing day off, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted hitting up a class at United Methodist Church in Hollywood this morning (July 28).

The “High School Musical” babe looked cute and casual as she strolled inside, sporting a grey top, blue trousers, and a multi-colored scarf.

In related news, Vanessa’s beau Zac Efron told press he definitely enjoyed watching her on the set of her new movie “Sucker Punch.”

“She was in Vancouver, beating the he** out of people and stunt guys. Watching your girlfriend do it, it’s incredibly hot, but at the same time, jealousy was just oozing out of every pore. She can do all the stuff you dream of when I was a kid. I was watching that. So cool. I was happy just to be on set.”

Sucker Punch: Official Trailer and Posters

If you weren’t one of the lucky 6500-or-so fans at Comic Con when “Sucker Punch” was sneak previewed over the weekend, you’ll be glad to know the official trailer has just been released.

The high-energy flick stars Vanessa Hudgens, Abbie Cornish, Emily Browning, Jamie Chung, and Jena Malone and promises to have theatergoers on the edge of their seats.

And it sounds like the ladies had quite a time preparing for and shooting the film, as there were some serious physical demands.

Emily Browning explained, "We probably at the beginning all felt like, oh my God, we don't look like fighters. We're kind of all little girls. We trained our asses off -- we worked really hard. We had Navy SEALs training us. We trained for three months, six hours a day. And we got strong."
