Michael Lohan Charged with 2nd Degree Harassment

Looking as if he's aiming to get back to life behind bars, Michael Lohan has officially been charged with second degree harassment.

Stemming from his recent alleged violence towards girlfriend Kate Major, Lohan will be formally arraigned per the Southampton Police Department charge on August 18.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Papa Lohan is accused of becoming irate with Miss Major before shoving her over a chair and proceeding to kick her in the face.

According to TMZ reports, Lohan is said to have yelled out, “I am going to go back to jail because I am going to kill you!”

As a precautionary measure, Kate has been granted a restraining order while the court has forced Michael to surrender his firearms.
